Boy howdy am I late? It’s been almost 2 weeks since the Chiefs have played and I haven’t wrote anything. I hope those of you who do read this will forgive me. Well it wasn’t pretty but it was effective the Chiefs were seemingly outplayed a majority of the night but made big plays when needed and turned the Chargers over four times in a much needed AFC West victory. Coupled with Jets victory over the Raiders last week the Chiefs have 1.5 game lead in the division with 5 to play.
Speaking of those Raiders the Chiefs can all but mathematically clinch the division this Sunday by going up essentially 3 games with tie breakers and all with 4 to play. It’s Arrowhead it will be December and Andy Reid and the Chiefs are coming off of a bye week. This speaks to me as ingredients for an old fashioned butt whooping. I’ve been wrong both times I’ve predicted one this season but the third time seems like a charm. Our boys are healthy and rested and I expect them to come out firing in a 42-19 KANSAS CITY victory!
We return to Oakland this week on coffee this coffee journey and stop this time at Timeless Coffee Roasters. This selection is their Peruvian Cajamarca Geiner Luden Quinde. Big roasted notes off the nose out of the almost like brewers malt. Ground up this smells like the holiday season, notes of nutmeg and cinnamon and the all American classic apple pie. On the tongue we continue the bold flavors from this medium roast mystery. Dark chocolate and plum fill up the taste buds but leave a surprisingly clean finish. Summed up this a winter morning pick me up and get me ready kind of brew. I would greatly recommend this to any of you. Check them out at their website and have a great week. https://timelesscoffee.com/shop/peru
